SMS Messaging Terms of Service
- SEMCO Management, Inc. may contact you via text message to provide customer service, benefits, payroll, billing and human resources communications only as needed.
- By initiating a text message to SEMCO, you are providing consent based on the action. You will receive a confirmation text that a message was received and that you have automatically been enrolled in the Messaging Service and will be provided the options to “opt-out” at any time.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”, “END”, “CANCEL”, “UNSUBSCRIBE”, or “QUIT” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, “END”, “CANCEL”, “UNSUBSCRIBE”, or “QUIT” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed from the campaign. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the campaign. If you want to join again, just reply with words such as “START” OR “YES”.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting the SEMCO office at (760) 643-4032 or (800) 327-3626 within the U.S.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
